Health, Safety and Hygiene:
The company is committed to making a hygienic and healthy space available to professionals and everyone who visits or collaborates in our offices. This responsibility corresponds to all collaborators who must work under the health and safety criteria established by the company. They must use the facilities appropriately and they must report if there is any risk at workplace that violates the health and safety criteria established by the company. Likewise, these safety, health and hygiene standards will be sought when professionals must carry out their activities in facilities that are not owned by FONTE FILMS S.L.
The development of professional activity under the influence of substances that may affect the ability to carry out professional activities are prohibited.
Equality, good treatment and respect for the dignity of people:
The company is convinced that a good work environment, can only be achieved if cordiality, respect and equality are maintained at all times among the members of the company. To this end, the company maintains zero tolerance for any type of bullying, harassment or discrimination based on sex, race, ethnic origin, belief, religion, age, disability, political affiliation, membership of a union or group, language, gender, orientation gender, nationality, citizenship, marital status, socioeconomic status, or any other condition in personal and/or professional relationships.

The company respects the privacy of individuals and adequately protects personal data and information that may be obtained in the development of business activities.
The company and its collaborators are fully committed to respecting the privacy of people, so that the use of illegal techniques or procedures to obtain, directly or indirectly, information, images or audiovisual materials is not allowed, nor its dissemination or use without the prior consent of the affected persons.
It is established that those who, due to their responsibilities or activities have access to this type of information, must handle the information properly and without generating a violation of it. Confidential information will be always handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Respect for Intellectual and Industrial Property:
It is established that the professional activity carried out by any employee or collaborator in the performance of their duties belongs exclusively to the company.
During the development of professional activity, employees or collaborators may have access to information, designs, brands, computer programs or other assets of a different nature, which are protected by confidentiality agreements or by intellectual or industrial property rights, either from third parties or the company. In any case this content can be revealed or plagiarized to third parties, nor used or transferred, without the written consent of the owners of said agreements or rights.
