Prime Video Spain celebrated its 10th anniversary with a major event where it announced its upcoming movies and series.

One of the most notable announcements was that “Zeta” will have a sequel. The platform reported that the spy movie was the most-watched feature film on Prime Video Spain over the past year and that, after reaching the number one spot in nearly 30 countries, production of its sequel has been confirmed.

“Zeta 2” will be directed by Dani de la Torre and will once again star Mario Casas and Luis Zahera in the lead roles. The screenplay is by Oriol Paulo, Lara Sendim, and Dani de la Torre, while Fonte Films is handling production.

Filming for “Zeta 2” will begin in September of this year.
